James is the CEO of one of the largest health and social care resourcing companies in the UK, Sanctuary Personnel. With a career spanning more than 20 years, his commitment to resolving some of the most pressing NHS and local authority resourcing challenges remains unabated.

Protecting the NHS is very much a personal mission for James, who was born into a family of nurses and social workers. As such, he is a passionate advocate for driving up UK recruitment standards in his position as Chair of The Recruitment & Employment Confederation’s (REC) Health and Social Care Sector Group.
